Message: I heard on CBS news this morning that you have been sued by Standard and Poors in Federal Court for name infringement. I didn't have time to listen to the interview with you that would have aired just before 8AM, but I just want to say that I support you and your business and I am sure all members in the train club are behind me in that. The only positive thing in all of this is that you get some publicity (hopefully not at a large cost) and that maybe it will offset some of the problems you may run into because of this. Message: Standard and Poors should change their name! They could be Standard and Rich, cause it is rich that they think that people are so dumb they can't tell a DFW coffee shop from a NYC business that is mostly known only for compliling the S&P 500.
